1- Just restart your system in a safe mood to remove the readme.eml file virus.

2-Just go to the start menu and click at the search box icon and type .eml in the search box, whereas chose all drives for it then click search and scan eml file for virus and delete all the selected files.

3- Next just open the run menu from start and type Regedit and then click ok, the registry folder appeared, .eml file extension virus

4- Press short cut key Ctrl + F and type here ruinous to search it and remove all the entries which you have found it new eml virus

5- Press short cut key Window+F4 to Restart your system and enjoy readme-free virus and system more fast again.
